Based in Auckland the role will be responsible for all facets of HR such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent and succession, and employer relations. Some of the areas that will require transformation include HRIS, talent engagement and succession, building capability frameworks to underpin the workplace of the future.
You will be a strategic and creative thinker, prepared to be hands-on, capable of dealing with complexity, scope and scale. Ideally, you will have a track record of working with white and blue-collar workforces, in a project/contractor environment on site and remotely.
