To be based in Europe, a first-class EMEA Rewards Head position has opened up. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Management team and will need to work closely with differing and demanding top stakeholders in liaison roles with U.S. and Europe, getting to know them quickly and with a degree of savviness. Broad design and implementation work awaits.
At least 10 years’ HR experience will be required, of which a major chunk must have been spent in Compensation and Benefits specialist roles. A broad suite of general rewards skills will be used, as well as an ability to create structure and a positive team environment. This is a role for a visible leader who is able to influence the very senior decision-makers.
