The Company

Our client is a growing name in the competitive packaging industry, currently experiencing post-restructuring stabilisation and growth. Headquartered in the US, the business’s food and non-food products are award-winning.

The Role

A first-class EMEA Head of Total Rewards position has opened up. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Management team and will need to work closely with differing and demanding top stakeholders in liaison roles with the US and Europe, getting to know them quickly and with a degree of savviness. Broad design and implementation work awaits. A global element is also expected in the form of supporting the supply chain function.

The Individual

At least 10 years’ HR experience will be required, of which a major chunk must have been spent in compensation and benefits specialist roles. A broad suite of general rewards skills will be used, as well as an ability to create structure and a positive team environment. This is a role for a visible leader who is able to influence the very senior decision-makers, yet is not shy of heavy operational work.

Unless the advertisement specifies otherwise, only HR Professionals who are legally able to work in this country can be considered.
