This industry-leading international business partners with some of the most successful companies in the world, providing technology services for its clients. Due to its continued growth and opening in new markets, the business is looking for a Group HR Director to be based in Southern Eastern Europe to shape its people strategy and drive culture development within the organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Board and the CEO, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to design and drive HR strategies for this newly created position. You will lead a team of HR business partners in various locations around the world and play a key role in the Global Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include shaping culture development and change through Organisational Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning to ensure the people strategy aligns with the business objectives.  

The Individual

We are looking for a senior HR professional with at least 15+ years’ experience in building HR practices and influencing senior stakeholders within a multinational environment. Your strong business acumen will be an asset and you will have a proven track record of leading, coaching and developing successful international teams.
