The Company

Our client is one of the leading private banks in Asia with over 2,000 employees. After acquiring a few private banking and wealth management businesses over the past few years, the organisation was nominated as one of the best private banks in Asia in 2017. We are looking for a Greater China Compensation & Benefits Lead. The role is based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, the company has redefined the role. You will be mandated to propose and implement C&B related programs for the region including Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan in alignment with group strategy. In addition, you will be facing off to a senior client group as a C&B partner.  

The Individual

We are seeking an individual with relevant industry experience and practical knowledge. You should be familiar with front office performance management and experience covering China is preferred.
