The position will be based in Genova, Italy. The role will manage the HR operations across the Southern Europe region. This role reports jointly to the European HR Director. There will be a small number of direct reports and numerous stakeholder relationships to manage across the business.
Preferably you will have more than 10 years of relevant experience to date with a solid understanding of HR principles. The successful candidate would have previous experience in strategic HR and be able to manage the day-to-day balance of operations. The incumbent will be a true business partner who focuses on HR transformation and change management. Work experience with unions/work councils and local market knowledge is also important.
