The Role

The scope of the programme is through a system enabled transformation - improve HR processes, create an effective HR organisation and provide the business with real data and insights.  

The Individual

You will be responsible for implementing the change management strategy – including change planning, change tracking, communications, stakeholder engagement and management; and the interlinks with organisation design. You will develop and manage the change plan which will specify the sequence of activities and resource requirements.
