As a result, we are now looking for an experienced Head of International Talent Acquisition to join their team. With a possibility to be based in Zurich or London, this is a great opportunity to have real visibility through driving innovations to attract top talent to this market leading organization.

The Role

As part of the Global TA Leadership team, this role is responsible for developing and driving recruitment strategies to support this company’s commercial business for all countries outside of the US. You will lead and coach a sizeable team of recruiters to meet the commercial talent needs, ensuring diversity & inclusion best practice and operational effectiveness. Key to success in this role is an ability to work alongside senior business stakeholders in order to build and maintain a growing talent pipeline for their executive level recruitment requirements.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced senior Talent Acquisition specialist with demonstrable success in running efficient recruitment processes from design through to execution in a multinational complex matrixed environment. You will be a proven hands-on leader, able to coach and develop a highly efficient team. This role will require global travel, and existing EMEA regional experience is required, other regions are an advantage.
