With sales of US$3 Billion, and a transformation nearing completion, the organization is poised for growth. We have been charged with identifying the Global Director of Pension and Benefits, to be based in North Carolina.
This role is a key member of the global HR leadership team. This role will lead, direct, and manage the design, development and execution of the company’s global Pension and Benefits strategies and activities in support of business needs. This role will focus on critical elements such as innovative wellness offerings across 60+ countries, act as a member and chair the pensions committee, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the global benefits team. Critical partnering with regional and local compensation and benefits teams to ensure benefits are compliant and in-line with local best practices is essential. This business is M&A oriented and will therefore need support on in-depth analysis, design, and negotiation on Pension and Benefits related aspects of the company’s evaluation of potential acquisitions and sale and purchase agreements.
For this position, we prefer a minimum of 5 years international experience. You will be an internationally experienced Pensions and Benefits leader with previous large MNC, 20K+ population exposure. Importantly strong US and European exposure is key. You should have very strong business partnering skills. We are seeking approximately 10-15 years of experience. You should also be a skilled and passionate manager and hands-on mentor as this is a very people oriented business. Actuary background very much preferred.
