This organization is well-known in the manufacturing industry and is a multinational market leader, known for its innovation and quality. The company has a track record of strong financial performance and is currently looking for a new Director of International Rewards to join their team.
This role is responsible for creating diverse global Rewards solutions and frameworks that can be rolled out business units and regions across this highly matrixed organization, working in partnership with Group Rewards. Your role will be to create and manage specific C&B programs and solutions to attract, motivate and retain top talent within the company. The role could be based in Zurich or potentially Basel.
We are looking for someone with significant Rewards experience within large and complex multinational organizations with a global or large regional scope. Your deep C&B knowledge will allow you to lead the design of Rewards programs and tools across a heavily matrixed environment. This role requires strong knowledge in change management, and the effects of HR transformation, including being able to advise and manage multiple stakeholders. In addition to deep Compensation expertise, some solid HR Partnering experience would be ideal, as would exposure to executive rewards topics.
