We are working with a global organization in the FMCG industry. Due to the fast-growth of a global business unit, the business is looking to hire a Global HR Director to support this business. Given the Asia centered existing business, the business would like to position the role in Singapore.
Based in Singapore, this role will partner business leaders of this global business group to develop and align a people and organisation strategy with the commercial strategy that will underpin performance and fast growth. A key priority is to identify the scale of opportunities across the business group that drive growth, focusing on the strategic pillars of talent, engagement and change. This person will also play a key role in coaching the business leaders and driving leadership team effectiveness within the group. This is also a leadership role responsible for steering, managing and developing HR leaders in the business group and building HR capability.
You should have solid HR business partnering experience across the region or even internally. Relevant experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred. You should have strong leadership capability, business acumen, and international exposure. An intelligent and aspirational HR leader is what we are looking for.
