In this case, for a seasoned HR professional to lead a dynamic business division of 3,000 people. As the organization continues to thrive in its new skin, it will need to be guided by best in class HR processes and systems provided to it by world class HR Business Partners. This role is based in New Jersey and will require limited travel.
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and supporting the Senior Vice President of a growing global business group, this role will be part of the global HR leadership team. The individual will execute the HR and Talent strategies in line with organizational objectives to improve overall business performance. Working closely with Global CoE Leads, you will drive key global projects around organizational design and effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, succession planning and resourcing. Furthermore, you will seek to improve the quality of metrics around HR Analytics and Reporting processes. Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships is a key component of this role. This opportunity would suit a high potential HR Generalist who is looking to make an immediate impact in a highly visible and dynamic division.
The successful applicant will be an experienced HR Generalist who can demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactical business leading within a global multinational environment. Experience gained within the Consulting and/or Financial Services sector is beneficial. Demonstrable success in driving talent management and broader employee engagement strategies is highly desirable as is the ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders. He/she will also possess the competence and confidence to respond to technical HR questions from multiple functional leaders. Above all, He/she needs to be execution oriented and self-motivated individual, and being able to make difficult decisions and tackle complex problems as they arise.
