Our client is one of the world’s largest fund houses, a prestigious and influential name in global finance, which is headquartered in UAE. The company invests in all international markets in equities, fixed income and treasury, infrastructure, real estate, private equity and alternatives.

The Role

The primary focus of the role is to design and implement strategies for succession, staffing and performance management. Daily stakeholder management will require strong and influential communication skills, and extensive practical application of Workforce Analytics is expected. This role will include responsibility for talent planning and succession management, performance measurement, candidate assessments and job profiles.  

The Individual

At least 10 years’ experience in performance management, job analysis and evaluation, in addition to talent planning, are sought in the chosen individual. Prior success in candidate assessment in a professional setting is crucial, most likely in a financial services-style environment, as is a commitment to living full-time in UAE.
