The Company

With a long successful history, our client is a multi-billion-dollar global consumer goods company going through a period of positive transformation and is therefore upgrading a number of the Business and HR functions globally. As a result, we are looking for a seasoned Global HRIS Lead to run the implementation of new HR processes and systems. The role will be based in the Southeastern part of the U.S. and require limited global travel.

The Role

This role is responsible for taking the lead role in defining the longer-term global HR technology roadmap and leading the enterprise-wide implementation of a new cloud-based HRIS platform. This includes managing the operational budget, working closely with the IT function to maximize HRIS functionality for HR and leading analytics & reporting.

The Individual

Experience in fast-paced highly matrixed multinationals is essential. You will bring strong working knowledge of HR systems including leading a successful implementation of a global cloud-based HRIS platform. Global experience is necessary and experience working abroad is an advantage. You’ll have demonstrable abilities in managing global teams and strategic stakeholder relationships in a metrics driven organization. Familiarity with PeopleSoft, SAP Success Factors, Workday, HCM or ADP preferred.
