The Company

With a long successful history, our client is a multi-billion-dollar global consumer goods company going through a period of positive transformation and is therefore upgrading a number of the Business and HR functions globally. As a result, we are looking for a seasoned Global HRIS Lead to run the implementation of new HR processes and systems. The role will be based in the Charlotte NC and require limited global travel.

The Role

You will be responsible for taking the lead role in defining the longer-term global HR technology roadmap and leading the enterprise-wide implementation of a new cloud-based HRIS platform within a mid-size organization with a truly global footprint. This includes managing the operational budget, working closely with the IT function to maximize HRIS functionality for HR and leading analytics & reporting.  

The Individual

Experience in a fast-paced highly matrixed multinational is essential. You will bring strong working knowledge of HR systems including having led successful implementations of a global cloud-based HRIS platform. Global experience is essential and experience working abroad is an advantage. You’ll have demonstrable abilities in managing global teams and strategic stakeholder relationships in a metrics driven organization. Familiarity with PeopleSoft, SAP Success Factors, Workday, HCM or ADP is preferred, as is experience working with private equity transformations.
