We are working with a global retail and consumer goods organisation to hire a Global Executive Compensation Lead. This organisation is well established all over the world and known not only for its brands, but also as a great place to work with development opportunities within the business. This role will be located at the organisations HQ, in London, United Kingdom.
This newly created role will report to the VP Global Compensation & Benefits. They will be responsible for the administration and analytical support to the Global Executive Compensation team. This will include involvement in short and long-term incentive programs, executive perquisites programs, compensation legislation, and being on top of trends within the market. They will work closely with HRBP’s within the business, providing them with assistance around policies and processes.
Our client is looking for an individual who holds a bachelors degree and has at least two years’ experience working in Human Resources and Financial Analysis. They will need to have worked with global long-term incentive plans before and be able to manage relationships with all levels within the business. Ideally this individual will have previous experience with and HRIS and will be strong in Excel and PowerPoint. To be successful in this role, they will need to have effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
