The Company

With over 100,000 employees globally, our client is one of the market leaders in its field. Thailand is a key strategic location for the organisation and the business is looking for an APAC Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to join the team.

The Role

Based in Bangkok you will report to the Regional TM Head. You will need to have a very strong L&D strategic piece as this role requires you to build things from scratch, starting from the strategies. Taking a global directive, you will need to work closely with the supporting functions across each market to either customize across a common regional theme or translate the programmes locally, whichever suits best.  

The Individual

Having a broad experience and deep expertise in the best practices of L&D would serve you well in this role. You need to be grounded and not rely on conceptual thinking in translating global strategies to local/regional needs. Strong analytical and communication skills are critical, especially in a complex environment. So long as you possess a solid L&D track record in the APAC region and can base yourself in Thailand, all nationalities are welcome.
