Our client is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services companies which operates in more than 60 countries. We are helping the business to appoint a Hong Kong-based Country Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead.
Reporting to the Hong Kong Head of TA, the role will need to work closely with the RPO team and also drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. You should also in-directly manage the RPO partner as well as the in-house TA team. You should also support the Head of TA to identify key areas of improvement for recruitment process and service levels.
You should be a TA Lead with strong experience in improving recruitment process and efficiency. Previous experience in vendor management is essential. You should have a strong understanding of managing recruitment risk and compliance. You should also be a self-starter who can provide possible solutions to the team.
