The Company

Our client is a leading American biotechnology organization that is looking for a high caliber Asia L&D Lead. With the support from its well-established business in the U.S., the company is ramping up and expanding its footprint in the region. The position will be based in Hong Kong.

The Role

This position will report directly to the Regional Head of HR in Hong Kong, and work closely with the Global Talent Management team in the U.S. The company has businesses across Asia Pacific, and you will be responsible for creating and implementing regional L&D strategies to the highest standard to support the rapid growth of the company in the region. You will also be responsible for leveraging the systems and practices from HQ.  

The Individual

You should be an all-round L&D professional with proven regional experience across Asia Pacific. To excel in this role, you should be comfortable with building the function from scratch, setting strategies and working with multiple stakeholders. You should also be someone who enjoys working with a forward-thinking company on a long-term basis.
