The Role

This unique HRBP Director role is responsible for the delivery of all back-office strategy and execution. Duties will revolve around succession planning, performance and evaluation, talent management & sourcing solutions. Management of a team of 6 is also expected.  

The Individual

A strong background in FMCG or Retail for a large company will be a huge plus, with the ability to work in a large and dynamic HR environment.
