The Company

We are delighted to be working with a global consumer company that is rapidly expanding across Asia Pacific. The company has over 500,000 employees globally and operates in about 30 countries.

The Role

Based in Shenzhen, this position will serve as the top compensation and benefits executive for the China businesses supporting and will act as an interface and key point of contact to global C&B. He or she will develop, ensure and hold the ownership of the efficient local implementation and application of all HR compensation and benefit directives, regulations, procedures, systems and programs throughout the organisation in the country group. This a strategic role, thus require someone is able to work across multiple business and functional divisions with strong influencing capability.  

The Individual

We are looking for a C&B specialist with a proven track record in multinational organisations and complex structures. Previous consulting experience will be a strong plus. You will need to be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
