The Role

The role requires both strategic and operational experience and a preparedness to execute at both levels as you partner with a high energy CEO. You will work as a member of the executive team and take a hands-on approach working with your team to meet the high expectations of demanding clients right across the region. Full spectrum of HR responsibilities, however, expertise in Talent Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Engagement & retention and Organization Diagnostics will be an advantage.  

The Individual

You will have a customer orientation, be self-aware with high people agility, take the initiative, anticipate and make things happen. You will be required to influence and have high impact with an intelligent and senior stakeholder group.
