Our client is market leading healthcare organisation going through significant change and growth. The business has a culture of innovation and a people orientated approach. It is looking for a DACH HRD to be based in Germany.
This role will support 3 countries – Austria, Germany and Switzerland and lead the country HR teams responsible for delivering robust HR processes and solutions across a largely commercial client group. There will also be a strategic advisory element to the role working closely with the business leader. Talent and organisational design will be an important part of the role. However, it will also have an operational element – employee relations knowledge will be needed particularly in Germany.
We are looking for an experienced and commercial HR business partner who has a track record in healthcare, pharma or biotech. Someone who can deal with ambiguity is essential, as is the ability to work with virtual teams and in a matrix set up. Ideally you will have worked in Germany and one other European country. A change orientation will be beneficial and someone who has had experience in fast growth companies will be at an advantage. We are also seeking a strong leader who can develop the HR team.
