As such, we have been asked to help identify a high potential and technically astute HR Business Partner to provide guidance and drive performance across core R&D and IT functions. The role will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Reporting to a Vice President, Global HR Business Partner, you will play a key support role in executing the HR and Talent strategy across R&D, IT, and enabling functions in line with organizational objectives to improve overall business performance. Working with CoE leads, you will work on key global projects around organizational design and effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, succession planning and resourcing. Furthermore, you will seek to improve the quality of metrics around HR Analytics and Reporting processes. This opportunity would suit a high potential HR Generalist who is looking to make an immediate impact.
The successful applicant will be a high potential HR Generalist who can demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactical business partnering within a global multinational environment. International work experience will be an advantage. Experience gained within the manufacturing sector is preferred. Demonstrable success in driving talent management and broader employee engagement strategies is highly desirable as is the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders. This individual will also possess the competence and confidence to respond to technical HR questions from multiple functional leaders. Above all, this individual needs to be execution oriented, self-motivated and able to make difficult decisions and tackle complex problems as they arise.
