The Company

Our client is a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components. The Role

Based in Taipei, you will lead a team and responsible for all HR functions across multiple cities and offices in Taiwan. This role requires a competent person who has in-depth knowledge about Taiwan HR laws and regulations. You will need to work closely with the CEO and business leaders to provide them with HR solutions for the businesses.  

The Individual

This role requires strong leadership and communications skills and experience working in a matrix structure. He/she needs to support leaders on all people aspects of company initiatives and have strong influencing skills and the ability to coach leaders. A mature, motivated and highly effective professional will succeed in this position.
