The Role

Based in Penang, Malaysia, the appointee will support Business Unit leaders and HR Business Leads to build and implement the Asia HR people plan that is aligned to the overall business strategy. Leading the 50 strong HR team in APAC, the appointee will drive capability building. Organisation priorities are cultural alignment for its largest business units, costs optimisation and revenue growth. HR will provide pivotal leadership in employee engagement, talent management and organisation development to deliver on the corporate goals.  

The Individual

At least 15 years of experience is required. Strong management in the Asia-Pacific region with demonstrated ability to lead growth and drive change are essential. Outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills within international matrix organisations are critical.
