The Company

Our client is a global leader in consumer goods, headquartered in United States with operations that span across all regions of the world. The business has over 25 locations worldwide, with more than 15 ,000 employees globally. We are helping the business to appoint a new International Director Compensation & Benefits to be based in Dubai.

The Role

International Director Compensation & Benefits is responsible to develop C&B strategies, policies and structures across their all production lines. As an International Director Compensation & Benefits, you will work closely with the Global CoE C&B team in all compensation & benefits matters at both the regional and individual country level. Sole contributor CoE role reports directly to the Global C&B Director.  

The Individual

We are looking for a senior C&B professional who is strong in implementing compensation & benefits policies and procedures to support company reward strategy and business agenda. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Compensation and Benefits space. Strong ability to work with global teams, together with strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
