A multinational e-commerce business based in the US that facilitate C2C and B2C sales through its website. They are a multibillion-dollar business with operations in about 25+ countries. In addition to its core business, it is also growing rapidly, acquiring many other businesses to support its core business as well as create other platforms online.

The Role

Be a part of the growth and support the entire business in Japan & Korea for all tactical people needs. This HR Business Lead will partner directly with the Country managers in Japan & Korea to give strategic direction on how to integrate a newly acquired business and continue to grow the business and culture moving forward.  

The Individual

This HR Business Lead will need to be experienced in change management, quick and agile with solid communication abilities to work well in a matrixed, fast paced environment. This is a standalone, hands on role, partnering with the leaders of the business to make lasting change. Someone who is looking for a strategic and high-level role working with senior leadership in the region is desired.
