Potential upsides
A lot of autonomy, working within a highly collaborative global leadership team. This is a business and team building role and there is a real appetite for innovation.
Potential downsides
It’s a mid-sized business and this role has a lot of exposure. You will be stretched; and you will also need to roll up your sleeves and turn your hand to whatever needs doing. It’s a hands-on culture and a heavy delegator will not be a fit in this environment.
