We are thrilled to be partnering with this luxury retail brand as it continues to align itself for further growth across North America. With a European HQ and as part of a conglomerate of global luxury brands, the organization has seen significant growth since its acquisition in 2008 and transition from a wholesale to retail business. The global head office is driving investment into the North America HR function and is looking to bring on board an experienced HR Generalist to manage the local population across the US. This role will be located in Miami, Florida.
Reporting into the brands Managing Director, and in partnership with the Group HR Manager, the US HR Lead will be responsible for the full HR function to a multi-site workforce of 100, located across North America. You will be responsible for delivering on the full suite of HR Generalist activities, including employee relations, performance management, reporting, policy and process implementation and recruitment. As a Partner to the business, the individual will ensure the people strategy is in keeping with the business strategy and is aligned to the local challenges in the region. Other areas of responsibilities will include the implementation of organizational changes, taking a lead on change management and transformation initiatives and the implementation of a recruitment strategy.
The successful applicant will be an experienced HR Generalist who can demonstrate an ability to leverage relationships with an executive leadership team while providing more tactical business partnering on a daily basis. There is a strong preference for this individual to have prior experience working within a European business and in a regional role as an extension of the global head office. A track record of working within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment will be critical, together with the ability to work autonomously. Above all, this role requires an action oriented individual who can execute with energy and enthusiasm.
