The Role

A first-class, sole contributor Rewards Head position has opened up. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Management team and will need to work closely with differing and demanding top stakeholders across challenging countries in the Middle East and Africa, getting to know them quickly and with a degree of savviness. Broad strategic input is expected.  

The Individual

At least 10 years’ HR experience will be critical. A broad suite of general rewards skills will be used, as well as an ability to create structure and a positive, agile working team environment. This is a role for a visible leader who needs to flourish outside of his/her comfort zone. Arabic speakers only.
