This role will support the Asia-Pacific business, currently some 30 countries and 1,500 employees strong. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the APAC HR Director plays a key role in partnering with regional leads and senior management to drive its people agenda in support of an ambitious set of business goals. You will bring to life, the One Vision, Strategy and Values that shape the strategic direction of the regional and global enterprise. Through a strategic and hands-on approach, you will deliver a broad suite of human capital management strategies to align individual and business success, taking the current regional HR organisation to the next level.
At least five years of experience leading the Asia-Pacific region is required. You will also have demonstrated strong commercial focus and partnered with business leaders to drive results. With a blend of listed and private company experience, you will have a proven track record in transformation and change management. Crucial to the role is your ability to elevate HR to the next level, transforming the team into true business partnership. An ability to deal with ambiguity, to influence and serve as trusted advisor to senior business leaders is essential to the success of this role.
