Our client is a major global brand within the Financial Services sector with a strong footprint in APAC. The organisation has over 2,000 employees supported by a large HR Department.
Based in Jakarta, this critical position will lead a large HR team and develop the HR strategy and people priorities that enable sustainable growth and performance of the Business in Indonesia. Working closely with the Global and Regional HR teams, you will drive and enable sustainable business performance through partnering with relevant business heads and senior managers as well as functional partners and stakeholders. Acting as a change agent, you will be the key enabler in helping to drive global business specific change initiatives with stakeholders and wider teams.
With strong HR leadership experience within global Financial Services organisations, you must have proven track record of designing and delivering an HR agenda in line with business and people priorities. The successful candidate must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in order to form effective relationships with key stakeholders and to build credibility with senior leaders. You must possess very strong leadership skills and the ability to use knowledge, communication and relationship skills to positively influence key business decisions.
