The Company

The client is a global leader in manufacturing, headquartered in the United States with operations that span across all regions of the world. The business has over 10 locations worldwide, with more than 5 ,000 employees globally. We are helping the business to appoint a new Head of HR Operations, to be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The Role

As Head of HR Operations, you will be a proactive and hands-on leader with excellent analytical abilities, Human Resources knowledge and business acumen to manage all HR functional areas. There will be a small number of direct reports and numerous stakeholder relationships to manage across the business.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with significant international HR operation experience within a matrixed business. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of HR experience and has worked in a complex, matrix environment before. Experience in manufacturing or similar operational environment is preferred. The incumbent should have strong knowledge of HRIS systems and be able to operate with a high degree of adaptability in an evolving environment. Strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
