The Role

To be based in Istanbul, a first-class Regional HR Director level position for Turkey & Israel has opened up. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Management team and will need to work closely with differing teams of Stakeholders, getting to know them quickly and with a degree of savviness.  

The Individual

At least 10 years’ HR generalist experience will be required, which will ideally have an emerging markets bias, in addition to some industry insight in to the world of B2B. A broad suite of general change management skills will be required-namely, proven competence in system implementation, employee management and efficient ramp-up.
