We are working with one of the major players in the insurance sector. With an existing and significant presence in Asia-Pacific, the business has aggressive plans for growth. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Country Head of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning programmes to build the capabilities of leaders, and high-potentials. You will also be expected to partner with other HR Business Leads to identify and develop solutions for your internal customers. Talent management is separate from this role, however you will work with the talent team to ensure the talent pipeline.
We are looking for a Learning & Development professional with professional services, financial services, or banking industry experience. You should have demonstrated depth and success in complex and highly matrixed environments, and you should have long tenure in previous organisations.
