Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partner, this role along with other HRBPs will be responsible for a 900 employee population. It’ll provide consultative organisational development to drive organisational effectiveness and identify organisational issues/misalignments that are impacting business operations and results.
As a single contact point for HR to business, it’ll take the lead for all HR related topics. It’ll leverage available CoE design/conceptual expertise and the HR Services unit to provide solutions for the business. The role needs to consult and provide proactive solutions to accelerate growth. You must be fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written.
