As a result of recent global change and transformation efforts, a unique opportunity has arisen to strengthen the Americas Talent Acquisition function. The role is based at the company’s New York headquarters, which has responsibility for major business divisions across multiple locations.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead an experienced team of 4-5 Talent Acquisition specialists. With your team you will provide recruitment solutions at all levels and across all product lines within the organization’s US, Canada and Latin America markets. With a highly effective recruitment team already in place, we are not only looking for a strong Talent Acquisition specialist, but also an experienced leader who can drive the team’s performance. You will build credibility with business leaders and functional experts and look beyond the recruitment cycle to foresee the impact of human capital on the business and its growth plans. You will drive high volume and complex recruitment processes, as well as strategies to reduce spend and reliance on external vendors. As an ambassador of the business, you will also drive best practice, excellence of performance and accountability at each stage of the recruitment process.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist who has had responsibility for recruiting executive level positions across a high volume, fast-paced and demanding environment. A strong working knowledge of FMCG or related sectors is highly desirable. This role suits an entrepreneurial type who can build credibility with senior stakeholders across the business and optimize the performance of the team.
