The Company

This multinational is continuing its rapid growth and going through some exciting organisational changes. As a result, we are now looking for an experienced Global Business Unit HRD to join their team. Reporting to the CHRO and based in Zurich, this is a great opportunity to have real visibility through driving innovations around top talent strategies, and collaboration towards wider business goals.

The Role

This people-oriented organisation has a very strategic and commercial focus. There is a heavy change management element, and a need to strengthen talent capabilities within various parts of the business unit. A significant part of this role will be partnering with other segment leaders to build a collaborative approach and contribute to developing the wider business. You will be a true business partner, working closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives.

The Individual

You will have strong HR business partnering experience in an MNC, and be adept at managing demanding senior stakeholders. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a regulated industry, and have familiarity in working with international populations, including Europe & APAC. You can demonstrate leadership and delivery in organisational development, performance management and talent management. It’s important you are comfortable working in an ever-evolving heavily matrixed environment and able to deal with ambiguity.
