Based in Shanghai, the role leads a cross-regional HR team outside of China supporting over 3,000 employees in both manufacturing, commercial and corporate functions. This individual will be a strong HR Business Partner to the local and regional business leaders. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing human resources strategies, including identifying key initiatives to enable development of a high performing organization in existing and new geographies. He or she will build strong, credible and strategic relationships with the leadership team and be seen as a role model for the Asia HR team.
We are looking for a strong HR Generalist with regional experience. A well rounded leader who can work at senior levels but also very hands-on is required. He or she should have experience working regionally and should be comfortable facing out internationally. Mandarin and English language fluency will be required. Candidates who do not have prior regional experience can be considered provided they have prior experience reporting out regionally or internationally and provided they are well travelled and have a strong understanding of business culture across the region.
