The Company

The multinational healthcare organisation is well-known for its strong commitment to HR excellence. Due to the recent transformations across the wider business, the business is now looking for a strong Global Rewards Director to join its evolving team.

The Role

Based in Zurich, you will be responsible for creating diverse global rewards frameworks that can be rolled out cross-divisionally across this heavily matrixed organisation. Working in partnership with group rewards, you will be designing programs and policies, to make recommendations on compensation related matters.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with significant global rewards experience within large and complex multinational organisations. Your deep rewards knowledge will allow you to combine both your functional experience and knowledge of the latest industry research to contribute to the design of rewards programs and tools across a heavily matrixed environment. You will have proven success in designing innovative incentive programs, and experience in Workday is a distinct advantage.
