The company is an American manufacturer which has a significant presence in Asia Pacific. Its culture is open, long-term oriented and innovative, with a good HR pedigree. Taiwan is one of their key countries in the region and the HR lead will look after their manufacturing plant in Taichung which has a population of around 2000 people. The role is based in Taichung.
Reporting to the Taiwan Head of HR, you will lead a team of 15 and will partner with division HR Leads and Directors to identify and implement the right HR strategy and achieve desired business results. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end HR activities at the manufacturing plant from Performance Management, to rewards processes and employee relations.
We are looking for an individual who has at least 3-5 years of experience managing a manufacturing plant. You should have experience leading a sizeable HR team and should be comfortable working in the HRBP, COE and HRSS model.
