This is a newly created role due to HR transformation. You will work closely with the Head of HR and the HR team to drive the transformation agenda and to build and lead a HR Shared Services team for APAC. You will review, develop, implement and transit to the new service delivery model. You will build the processes, team capabilities and necessary infrastructure to deliver a seamless transition.
You are a well-rounded HR leader with a strong MNC background. Ideally you should have relevant experience in starting and managing an HR shared services team. You are a self-starter who is highly self-motivated, resilient and tenacious with a good track record in change and team management. Your success will depend on your ability to educate, influence and bring your business and HR stakeholders and employees on board this transformation journey.
