The role will report to and work closely with the CHRO, to lead, review, design, develop and implement the reward strategy, philosophy, policies and programs across the Group. You will be responsible for all C&B matters. Preparing and supporting the workforce to be future ready. Monitoring market trends on compensation and benefits and making innovative recommendations that can provide the edge in attracting and retaining talent. Conducting analysis on pay and benefits to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Managing the annual performance management and compensation review process and leading, planning and preparing for remuneration and compensation (REMCO) meetings.
You are a well-rounded Rewards leader with a strong MNC background who has ideally also worked in an Asian setup. You know what good HR looks like and are ready to drive a sound Rewards strategy from the corporate headquarters. You are a self-starter who is highly self-motivated, resilient and tenacious with a good track record in change management. You have the gravitas and confidence to interact, influence and convince senior stakeholders in the business and the REMCO function. You know, appreciate and embrace the Asian culture and values.
