Our client is a leader in the Technology industry. The company operates in over 50 countries worldwide and employs over 100,000 people globally. The business has a strong focus on innovation and smart business practices across their global operations. This role will be based in Lizbon, Portugal.
You will partner closely with the business leaders to align business objectives into the people agenda. You will work closely with the HR team to deliver HR initiatives. As an HR Business Lead for this business unit, you will focus on strategic projects in talent, performance management and leadership development and day-to-day HR challenges. This is a sole contributor role.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of HR experience. We are looking for a proactive HR Business Lead who can demonstrate an ability to manage stakeholders and create a cohesive HR strategy to embrace evolving business goals. You must be willing and able to lead HR related projects with both domestic business leadership and HR teams as well as communicate effectively with global teams.
