Our client is a major global professional services firm with a growing foot print in APAC. The business is looking for an APAC Talent Acquisition Lead to be based in Singapore.
Reporting into the APAC HR Director, this role will be responsible for both experienced and campus hiring in the region. Even though the volume is not very high, some of the roles can be highly complex. The APAC TA Lead work closely with the HR team and also build strong relationships with the business. The role requires a committed and driven individual who is willing to go the extra mile as you may need to work long hours to complete the tasks in busy periods. The hiring manager would be open to offer flexible working arrangements for the right individual.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked both in a corporate and agency settings with experience within a management consultancy. Previous exposure to both campus and experienced hiring would be a strong advantage. In order to excel in this role, you will need to be positive, flexible with strong communication and influencing skills. You must demonstrate the ability to work with difficult stake holders and perform under pressure. Previous experience in direct sourcing, talent pipelining and also input into strategic projects e.g. onboarding, employee value proposition, and branding would serve you well.
