Reporting to the Group Head of Reward & Benefits, this role will provide the chance to head up and further strengthen rewards and benefits for the UK operations. Managing and developing a high performing team, fostering innovation, creative ideas and best practice around the function will be the focus. Compensation, benefits, mobility, incentives, well being and digital are all on the agenda.
We are looking for a driven and commercial rewards specialist with a track record of leading successful teams. Proven stakeholder skills with the ability to influence in complex and large-scale organisations will be essential. You will also be customer focused and possess strong values, ethics and a digital/innovation mindset.
