The Company

Our client is a global asset management organisation that is in the process of expanding the current headcount in Japan. A strong HR generalist is required to lead this development.

The Role

This newly created role will report to the APAC Regional Head of HR and manage a Rewards Manager. The business also has a Recruiter and a Talent Manager in the region to offer operational support to this individual. The key deliverable of this position is to offer strategic HR support for the internal business stakeholders. Half of the population is made up of portfolio managers and tough stakeholders who are challenging to manage. The other half of the business is essentially support functions, which this role must also oversee.  

The Individual

This individual must have extensive generalist experience in Japan and must be creative, flexible and dynamic in their approach in order to meet the high expectations of internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in the financial services space.
