This global manufacturer is a market leader that provides goods and services to a broad customer base around the world. With operations in 100 countries, this company is constantly evolving and adapting to market needs, and as a result has created a new HR Lead role for their Southern Europe region.
This is an individual contributor role with a possibility to be based in Barcelona or Florence. You will be working with a small regional population providing best-practice HR expertise to enhance an already capable team. Working alongside regional stakeholders in the business, you will act as a business partner to advise on all HR topics, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies and be able to execute at an operational level within the region, in line with global HR and wider business goals.
This role requires a strong HR Generalist who is able to demonstrate proven best-practice HR achievements within a multinational corporate environment across manufacturing, FMCG or Consumer industries. You are a great communicator, passionate about talent management, and have an international mindset. Due to the regional coverage and nature of the role, it is essential that you speak Italian, Spanish and English fluently and have experience with local labour laws in these regions. - unfortunately we will be unable to consider applications that do not meet these criteria.
