Reporting to the Group CHRO. This position leads the HR function in the delivery of end-to-end HR support to the entire employee population. The position needs to execute the strategic human capital agenda that encompasses people capabilities and leadership development, performance and rewards management as well as culture and engagement.
This senior position requires over 15-20 years of HR generalist and HR management experience at a leadership level with strong practical experience obtained from multi-national financial institutions. This person needs to be a collaborative leader and have creative problem-solving skills. Solid communication skills with an open approach and the ability to influence others in an effective manner is important. He/she should be an effective educator, developer, mentor and coach. An ‘outside-the-box’ thinker who is strategic minded, creative and innovative, and open to new ideas would be a great asset.
